ACCEPTING AN ORDER

On receipt of your enquiry TAG will supply a written quotation outlining the specific job. This quote will include such things as sizes, quantities, colours, plus all embellishments such as names, numbers and sponsors.

All details MUST be checked thoroughly as bespoke products cannot be altered or exchanged, it is the customers responsibility to check these job sheets and notify TAG of any amendments required. Whilst our staff will always strive to ensure your job sheet is correct, mistakes can occur – please ensure the sheet is checked thoroughly.

The start date for your order will only begin after TAG has received written acceptance of the quotation and payment has been received in full.
Orders for bespoke clothing cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun.

LEAD TIMES & DELIVERY

Our aim is to deliver all bespoke orders within a 4 – 6 week lead time from written acceptance and receipt of payment. Occasionally, through circumstances beyond our control (ie raw materials, adverse weather conditions etc) lead times may be increased. Also please note that production times will increase during public holidays both here in the UK and also overseas holidays such as Chinese New Year and Eid. If your order is likely to clash with one of these holidays please ensure sufficient time for your order to arrive. If in any doubt please ask one of our customer service team for holiday dates. Whilst every effort is made to ensure our target lead times are met, this is not a guarantee, unfortunately on some occasions lead times will exceed 6 weeks due to sheer volume of orders.

All orders will be shipped to UK addresses by our courier service, each delivery will require a signature on receipt. Should any parcel be returned to TAG, we will contact you to re-arrange the delivery, a further delivery charge will be made. Once signed for the products become your risk, TAG will not be liable for any further damage. In the unlikely event of a parcel being lost or stolen during transit TAG will refund / replace the items only after the courier company have deemed the parcel lost.

PRICING

Prices are clearly marked on the TAG website in pounds sterling. Adults clothing is subject to vat, whilst childrens clothing is exempt of vat. Due to the nature of bespoke clothing, virtually every order is unique – TAG will supply a written quotation with all relevant prices displayed. In the unlikely event of TAG making an error on pricing the company shall

a. reimburse the client for any over charging
b. notify the client of any undercharge and offer the option of either cancelling the order or receiving a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY

All items supplied by TAG Sports are customised for our clients and are therefore non-returnable.

In the unlikely event that a garment is defective please return the item to:

If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing defect by one of our specialists, TAG will replace or repair the item free of charge, provided the garment has been treated responsibly and has been used for the purpose intended. TAG will only consider returns for twelve months from date of purchase. Generally almost all defects in products will occur within 3 months of purchase, however occasionally a defect can occur after this time.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be constructed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information provided to TAG Sports Ltd is regarded as confidential and will be used for internal purposes only. We will not divulge this information to any third parties.

PUBLISHING ERRORS

TAG will not be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies found on this website. The company also reserves the right to make amendments to products and prices without notice.
